The definition of ‘good job’ varies from person to person. You should have mentioned what type of good job you are looking. Whatever, let me give a general answer.
Engineering: To get engineering job, you need to graduate from an engineering university, preferably in the *UETs. Some of the private universities like AUST, BRAC, IUT etc. are also of excellent quality.
Medicine: Graduate from a medical college and further advanced degrees.
Govt. job: For most govt jobs BCS is the way. Apart from BCS, there are some options like PDB, DESCO, GTCL etc. Mainly engineers are recruited in the later ones.
MNC: You need a good degree, preferably from business or engineering+MBA background. People from other disciplines also get to join MNCs. It’s all about how you appear in the interview.
Lawyer: Graduate from a law school then pass the license exam.
Teaching: Depends on the level of teaching level. Mainly graduation and good result are the primary requirements. You need to pass some sort of recruitment exam as well.
