Now that the company has expressed firm interest, I believe that this is a good time to ask questions about flexible work accommodations like schedule or location, possibility of additional vacation, etc. Until an offer is extended, your interest should be on the job, and once an offer is extended, the perks can matter. If some of these items are deal breakers, then I believe you should have brought the up before the offer (e.g., I have a planned two-week vacation in September and need to take it, how do we work this?).
