Fresher not getting selected in jobs

I am a fresher not getting selected because I do not have relevant job experience. What should I do?

You can do couple of things, first take of all the big words from your resume. Keep it simple and understandable to everyone. Frame your area’s of interest and your skills which shows what you could do and are capable of. Look for internship or projects, its okay if its unpaid or less pay. Be confident whenever you attend interviews. sometime people don't only see witty answers, they see the potential.

When anybody passed out of a university, still getting the first job, tagged as a fresher and is a reality. This might not be the reason for not getting a job, you might have applied for a wrong job might be the actual reason.

So keep updating your knowledge and apply for jobs at entry level
As there are many freshers, you may need to compromise on compensation, terms of employment etc.
In case if you are not clearing entry level jobs, do a SWOT analysis, identify weaknesses and resolve.
Reinforce your strengths further, and re-look at opportunities.
Prepare, practice, practice and practice.

Try getting some internship first, be ready to work even if you are not getting paid. Approach people via emails or phone calls telling that you are interested in their work and want to learn under their guidance. If you mail 20–30 people then their might me a possibility that one of them might give you a positive reply.

Or try doing some certification course which can improve your chances of getting a job.

Frist work to gain experience and then for money. And don’t loose hope just keep trying.
