Employers have their own section in the LinkedIn system. They logon and run searches based on keywords which sometimes miss desirable employee candidates.
Operative word here is “keyword”
Think about your job classification. What single words or phraseology will tantalize recruiters?
Check other similar job descriptions, especially those that might interest you. Are there certain words that appear that also appear in your own res? If yes, do your research. This could be an eye opener for you. You want as many views as possible.
Also build up tour network and don't be fearful of asking legit questions. People enjoy helping so take advantage of that but don't be long-winded about it.
